Belitsa Sanctuary

Dancing Bears Park Belitsa is the largest of all the bear sanctuaries of the international Four Paws organization and is also the largest bear conservation area of its kind in Europe. The sanctuary is located near the town of Belitsa in southeastern Bulgaria, situated in the Rila Mountains, about 170 km southeast of Sofia and it comprises an area of 120,000 m². 

It is possible to visit the sanctuary from April to December.
