The Shambala Preserve is a sanctuary for felines that used to live as domestic pets or have been rescued from circuses and zoos. One of the main objectives of the center, besides offering a better quality of life to its animals, is to educate and raise awareness in society. For this reason, one weekend a month, The Shambala Preserve opens its doors offering different types of visits for schools, for the "godparents" of the animals or for people who want to know the daily life of the center.
